Change your brake disks too ones from Powerbrake with the pads they recommend. Will work better than changing too bigger brakes when you don't want to struggle with wheels that can fit. Running that setup on my Revo 2.0 TSI k04 Rocc

Open intake usually gives you a lot of turbo sounds. This car has a bigger turbo from the factory than a normal GTI so yours would probably not be as loud
