I'm not feeling well today. Woke up with phlegm in my throat, a sore throat, and an overall unwell feeling. Resting in bed and scrolling KZbin. Came across this video. Went out to the garden and picked a bunch of thyme. Ate some leaves fresh, gave it a real good chewing before swallowing. Then started the tea just the way he said. The phlegm in my throat has subsided a bit and my throat is definitely not as sore feeling. Sipping on the tea now.
@namenotshown9277Ай бұрын
excellent, only caution is some people have suggested chewing the thyme might cause some mouth issues, I just swollow it without chewing. For a sore throat, I will sometimes just have a cup of tea with honey/ lemon and ginger powder in it, tastes rather nice too.

Everyone can do their own research. Just make sure that it's full research, use discernment, many sources and anyone without a degree can learn about anything that they want. To add, there are so many natural and cheap remedies because they come from the earth, not pharm-a-poisons who are in cohoots with most dr's. Do you honestly think that most dr's would suggest thyme? Last week, I had a day of suffering from sinusitis caused by allergies. I went through 2 boxes of kleenex in a matter of hours. I sneezed and wheezed and felt horrible. I started spitting up yellow phlegm and ended up getting short of breath which is a horrible feeling. I had bronchitis a few years ago, and am always fearful that any cold or allergy will morph into another bout of bronchitis. A few days after seeing this video, I purchased some thyme. I made a cup of breath easy and green tea and sprinkled in some thyme. My lungs feel so much better. I made the same tea today and will drink it at least twice a week. My lungs feel great. During the pandemic of 1918 hospitals we’re using thyme steam inhalations as well as using it to clean the sick wards, the thymol is a potent antibacterial and antiviral phenolic compound. It’s one of the active ingredients in listerine mouthwash. Whenever I feel a sore throat or a cold coming on I do 2 rinses with listerine for 30 seconds each, every 4 hours and it usually nips it in the bud. They also were laying the patients out in the warm morning and early afternoon sunshine, well covered up of course if it was cold outside. Sunshine is incredibly healing, especially early morning!
@miaash3870 Жыл бұрын

Wait a minute. Something must have gone wrong. I've watched quite a number of so-called doctors (actors) giving interminable talks trying to 'improve our health', only to end their talk with some magical elixir that can only be obtained through them or their sponsors at a cost. Utter scamming quacks. Not so this guy. I've got lemon, homey and thyme in my cupboard! It's a breath of fresh air to find someone who genuinely wants to help and it not scamming Thanks for the video. Every good wish, Dr M

Thank you so much Dr. Mandell for sharing this as well as all of the natural healing remedies for the body and mind. I have been suffering with the flu for a week and the last symptoms to leave is the mucus in the chest and sinuses. I made this tea and I couldn't believe how much clearer my voice was and it didn't have that stuffy nasal-like quality. I was also able to cough up the mucus without a struggle. So keep doing what you are doing, leading people back to health the way God intended without all these man-made chemicals. God bless you!
