Very informative video; I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May of 2021, modified my diet, ate plant based foods and consumed most foods on the 15 list, my blood work, CT scan and mammogram were all negative!

Studies also show that getting under Chiropractic care improves Cancer outcomes and not that this pertains to you, but patients undergoing chemotherapy do better with Chemo treatment. Adjusting the cervical spine does boost the immune system which is proven in JAMA about the chiropractic adjustment. Also, the cervical adjustment stimulates the Parasympathetic Nervous System that's responsible for calming effect in the body and helps with stress & anxiety. Absolutely agree. That said, allopathic medicine has some great measuring tools. Once we get the blood tests, imaging, lab results, it's up to us to find out how to deal with the findings. Quite unfortunate.

Ive been practicing this since 1st of December of last year. I no longer have type II Diabetes, fatty liver, chronic pancreatic and my weight from 178lbs to 134lbs in 5 months..I drink water Only w/ lemon...but occasionally treat myself to a Diet Dr. Pepper. I'm 59 years old and I feel brand new!!!! I know Everyone is different but I'll close by saying that I'm an active person 🧘‍♀️🏊‍♀️🤸‍♂️and make sure that I get plenty of good sleep 🛌 ....but I highly recommend Some sort of Movement DAILY....GOD IS GOOD🙏

True no one item should be Garlic. Raw garlic only. Lemon and ginger are also anti garlic herbs. No more than 4 grams of ginger per day. Thanks to all friends who have written very valuable information.

Err. There's plenty of people who have been diagnosed. And starved themselves for 30 days. Only drinking water and a tiny bit of wheat grass. After 30 days. Tumours reduced by 50%. Eating ONLY meat. Beef steak there after, 1 steak a day. Introducing the peptide BPC 157 at 500mcg a day. And a tab of the horse de-woemer I won't mention, every day. And within 6 months. Cancers gone. Plenty of cases of stage 4 to 0 out there using this method. I am yet to see if the powers that be have studied the reduction in food intake during chemo as being the actual reason the cancer regressed rather than the chemo itself.

I, Intermittent fasting daily , it makes me feel better , but I do eat one small meal per day and drink water 30 minutes after meals because of GERD and Esophagus. People who eat spicy , fried, greasy foods and other foods , will end up having GERD in their life time, because over 200,000 people per year , ends up with it . But at the same time, *I will say, what people does, it's their business* .

I had cancer and used kernels (b17) for years, due to high incidence of recurrence of this cancer. Used to obtain it from an apricot farm. It was validated in the scientific arena by Dr Kreb (Kreb cycle) Used diet as well and high levels of vitamin C with B17 to bowel tolerance, runny bowels reduce dose every 4 hours.

Thanks for posting . What should be included in this list is dried seaweed . The thymus gland shrinks with age and iodine is dramatically reduced . Could that ever help reverse hypothyroid, do you have any idea? Could anything? I was told I had that after was in hospital for something else and now am on various meds and I hate them all, hate taking pills and never had to before ("meds" now includes some vitamin supplements; only two prescriptions and two "required" otc things & two more vokuntary [vit D & B12]). I had no typucal thyroid symptoms ever (except constipation but frat was from my eating habits I'm pretty sure), they only said in my (lousy) rehab place that my blood levels re thyroid were really high and I had to take these pills. I wanted to redo the blood labs to double-check but no-one would listen At All so so far I'm still taking. I don't have hyper-thyroid symptoms either so maybd they're needed. But I do a poor job of taking them properly so it's hard to tell. In fact, better go take it now!

I'll have to get some again, I had some "loose" in a thick plastic bag but I never used it; was in a bad living situation; pitched it when I moved. STILL in chaotic situation but I long to cook/eat well, maybe I'll get some again: good in soups, I think? Many things.

I do agree with all we can eat to decrease or prevent risk of having a cancer... But very sad that farmers keep on using aggressive products to grow vegetables and these products are increasing the risk of cancer

I agree. The downside is that not enough food is produced, considering the population is growing. I think the solution is to grow your own if possible. I think we will be forced into growing food in creative ways as the climate is so erratic these days. The farmers are trying their best but I'm no fan of GMO.

It may not kill it but I do believe we can change our health by not eating so many processed foods. I believe God assigns our time but what we put in our bodies determines how we spend the ends of our lives. If you notice he repeats that eating these foods helps prevent cancer.

I have bad acid reflux too but recently I've been taking Apple cider vinegar ( 1 tsp per cup water). It sounds counter intuitive but after a couple of days I'm seeing results. Cabbage is also good. Another change I made was to stop eating meat from the supermarket and going direct to a farm shop. Yes, it's pricey but it's paid for from savings by not buying junk carbs. Perhaps candida getting out of hand causes all the problems, just thinking aloud.

Also the Dr Max Gerson therapy is excellent. I do this therapy and it has helped me greatly. The processed sugars are no good either. Basically no Western no modern fast foods either.

Confirmed by the 40 books I read so far. Spot on!!!❤ why are people not informed, no money in the recommendation of eating these foods? Sorry, a little update. The fatty fish is not part of it. Animal protein feeds cancer and CHD. Heaps of pollutants are stored in the fats off the fish. The only reason the fish is claimed to be healthy is for the omega3 but food is a package deal. Omega3 is in flax and walnuts. The fish get it from eating smaler fish who eventually eat algea. That’s where the omega3 originates from. Eat low on the food chain and minimally processed, best unprocessed. Best no animal derived foods at all, if so, max 5% of total energy intake. There’s nothing that animals make what humans can’t make. Take a b12 and d3+k2 supplement and seek advice from a doctor or dietitian who’s familiar with whole food plant based lifestyle.

We should all try to eat healthy, i eat kale,turnip greens, dandelions, all akaline vegetables, they do not contain starch. Mostly all the people eat vegetables that contain starch, they are hybird. The oils people eat damage the body corn oil,canola oil,vegetable oil. You have to clean your system out from time to time. Grapes should have seeds, seeds are important in fruit. There are other herbs that heal the body from cancer

Diets the clue..& Fasting too. 17yrs no throat cancer due Dr Johanna Budwig Protocol. Her 4 food rules; No food preservatives eg,201,202, 210, 220. Google Food Preservative Numbers for vindication. 2) NO SUGAR not any, unless naturally sweet ie Unrefined. 3) No animal fats.( I've read if enuf Omega3 in diet the body sorts out fats.) 4) No processed meat due preservatives. Living in God's Spirit means ask Him for the Lords help thru prayer. If ur cancer is not controlled, U can be with Him sooner. Ask Him in. We are "Wonderfully & fearfully made". I like the video Its great letting us know the benefits of the fruits and vegetables however I believe fatty fish should not be on the list. I’ve done extensive research and feel meat and dairy should be eliminated from our diet completely for optimal health

I wish this were true, but it’s not. I eat all of these regularly and have been doing so for decades. All organic, too. Had a big fat malignant tumor anyway. It’s all random.

Same with me.eat healthy.still found a tumor huge in my abdomen..don't know if is malign yet,.had two biopsies..still need surgery.i don't believe in eating healthy.any more..just don't eat sugary n junk foods...n stay hopeful...we all going to die...anyway.of Something...C... 😞 Blessings stay safe❤🙏😘✌️🕊️🌹
