The commercials❣️❣️❣️ $7.99 for a steak and shrimp scampi dinner at Sizzler, when the restaurant used to be good. 😉 It’s funny that I can recall some of the couples as well as the commercials. I was just a preteen watching the episodes with my mom. She would ask me what I thought and we would challenge each other as to which one each contestant selected. 😂 Great memories!

Please do! Any recollection as to where and what time "Love Connection" aired in your neck of the woods back then? For me, between my own personal memories and looking up archived TV listings for Kansas City Missouri/Kansas, it started out on KMBC, our ABC station, where it aired at 3 PM from its premier in September of 1983 until September of 1988. KMBC then moved it to 6:30 PM following the 6 o'clock news for the 1988/89 season, after which our CBS station, KCTV, picked it up for the fall of 1989. It aired there at 3 PM until the fall of 1993, when they moved it to 12:37 AM for its final season following "Late Show With David Letterman" at 10:35 PM, "Married… With Children" at 11:37 PM and "Real Stories of the Highway Patrol" at 12:07 AM; they did this to make room for Ricki Lake, which took the 3 PM slot. Reruns aired on KSMO, an Independent station (they joined the short-lived UPN network in 1995 at 1 AM for the 1994/95 season.
