This life of mine is still somewhat out of control. I woke up to what you are teaching over 24 years ago but fell asleep again. I am tired. Some of your practices I learned at a retreat in Sedona in 1999. Thank you for this activation and clearing. I joined earlier today and did some of the healing but had to go to work. It was an unusually potent day in my dealings with others. I re-joined tonight and did the entire session again. Something changed even earlier. I am calm.
