It started in my chest and radiated out to my extremities. I've been listening and sleeping to 528hz for almost a decade. The way my life changed is almost undescribable! As I'm falling asleep I pray and give thanks to our Creator. I then will give thanks and picture in my minds eye what I need in my life. The key is to see yourself living with it and a knowing that it will be provided. I did this method for three months; giving thanks as I stated every detail to the home I needed and wanted. After that time, I received a call that there was a home available, but it was well outside my means. I went to look at it anyway. As soon as I pulled up, I knew it was out forever home. I felt it in my chest too, todays my first day starting sound baths. I used to use weed as a way to calm myself and control my emotions but I don’t want to rely on drugs to calm myself anymore. My heart starts to almost palpitate. I thought it was just bc I was holding my breath or focusing on it so I listened to this over and over again and my heart speeds up only during the sound of the fork. It immediately goes back to its normal tempo after. I’ve been interested in frequency for years but when I did ketamine therapy is when I had the most powerful response. I had ringing in my right ear for three months after my boyfriend took his life. It wasn’t annoying like tinnitus but actually felt good to the point I was craving it. Maybe it was bc I felt it was my boyfriend’s spirit bc it gave me the same type of feeling of love that I felt with him. So during my therapy, the guide hit her crystal bowl and it caused my right ear to ring and gave me that same exact sensation but times 10. I started crying bc I missed it so much and ketamine does that lol but it made me realize that it was a real physiological response and not just my grief. That ringing abruptly stopped after 3 months of hearing it every single day for at least 20 times a day. That day was the hardest day since my boyfriend’s passing. I felt almost addicted to it and would wait for it to happen. That feeling was so wonderful that when it stopped, I felt like I was alone again. I still hear it from time to time and always my right ear and always with that feeling of love. I just close my eyes and ride it out for as long as I can. Idk why I shared that very personal experience. I figured this would be the place that people would understand it bc nobody else in my life does. Thank you for this video.

It was like a rush and I felt incredibly joyful, smiling involuntarily. I'm just getting into sound healing for myself and studying frequencies. I listened to this video three times and felt nothing. I could hear the tuning fork in my ears but hearing and feeling are two different things. If it were not for other people commenting that they felt something different going on other than just hearing a sound; I don’t think I would even believe there is anything to this but that it makes a sound! I have listened to the healing music videos a few times a little bit and decided it is calming because it’s like elevator music but this is just a sound and it amazes me that it is doing anything for anyone but okay if you say so! I just received the 21 mg nicotine patches and cut it into six pieces to start that therapy that Dr. Bryan Ardis is recommending to dissolve Spike Proteins in the blood and dissolve tumors. People please always put into your comments the EBS intel as everyone needs to be ready and time is running out to prepare! Awesome... for me I led the feeling downward and it got caught up in my neck..so it makes sense to me cause I have tension there...I almost got the feeling all the way down...but I'll probably need a lower frequency....for the lower Chakra grounding...then work on moving it around I'll even utilize 432hz...I definitely encouraged people to work on their perfect pitch and pay attention to fluctuations and changes made to frequencies...your temple resonates in many ways...the goosebumps can be produced manually and automatically with a tool and sound...
