Hey Kat! Great haul! By the way, Deadly Class and Lumberjanes are actually comic books. You've just been reading the trades, which are compilations of five or six issues. Graphic novels are things like Blankets and Seconds which came out in one printing instead of one at a time. Just wanted to let you know. You're really awesome in case you haven't been told that recently. :)

When you read Warbreaker I will read it with you because that thing is kinda daunting haha. Also I like the control cover change the only bad thing is that you can't get the new cover in hardcover so i have to wait so they can match in paperback. Ooh I got the hardcover of an ember in the ashes and you are correct in saying that IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL and I bought A Game of Love and Death that you mentioned in your April TBR and I am very excited to read some diversity with an african american girl protagonist set in 1930

I got a copy of Magonia as well and I think it looks interesting. I've heard a lot of mixed things about Half Bad, but I'd still like to check it out! I'm probably most excited for Dream a Little Dream, but I still need to buy a copy.

Hey ! I'm a little frenchie just watching your videos, I've seen one and so I went to see your last bookhaul... I'm just an absolutely fan of Brandon Sanderson, He is not so much known in France but I love all of his novels! I've been falling in love with him when I read the Mistborn trilogy, and I also love all his other books, particulary Elantris, The Emperor's soul and Warbreaker ! I also really like Steelheart even if Brandon is not as great in science fiction than in fantasy (for me!), and I really want Firefight to come in France ! (I can't read in English, too hard for me!), and also The Way of Kings (but it is coming in the next days for the first book in french, so I'm really excited!) I hope I have'nt make too much mistakes! Have a nice day and a pleasant reading with my lovely Brandon Sanderson !

I think it's hilarious when you do something funny or weird and you kind of punish yourself. For example, when you were rhyming and then you got serious and said, "stop rhyming." You're always doing it in your bloopers!! It's hilarious! It's like there is two parts of you, and one is serious and the other is crazy. It's great. You're great.

Kat, you should definitely read 'It's what I do: A photographer's life of love and war' by Lynsey Addario. It's her memoir and she is a photojournalist 😊 I'm not someone who reads a lot of nonfiction. But this memoir definitely made me want to read more 😊 there were some intense moments, some parts of it was set in a war scene. Definitely go check it out, I gave it 5/5 stars. 👍

Magonia has such a beautiful cover! An Ember in the Ashes sounds fantastic. I read Miss Mayhem as soon as it came out and I enjoyed it, but I didn't like it as much as the first book. Catalyst is really pretty, but it's sad they don't match:/ I want to start reading graphic novels, but I don't know which one to start with. Which one would you recommend? :P Your Brandon Sanderson collection is growing! ;)

13 is a lot of books for 1 month? Oops, than I have more of a problem than I thought. I ended up with 80+ for the month of April. In Jan, I had around 100+ because of the dollar day at our book store. (A few were my husbands. I'm the big reader though.)

hi Kat I'm planning on starting the chronicles of nick series and I k ow that you like it but I was wondering what your opinions were on it being a 14 book series and if you think the fans today will still like it in another 8 years when its finished. Also I'm curious about how you deal with long series over 5 or six books long. Do you wait for all or most to come out or do you just read them as they come out even though you know that its likely you'll forget about the first one once the last one comes out
