Yeah, did I miss something? I knew he was getting in shape but there's a noticeable difference between this video and the last one I watched. He even looks younger. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy for him, I've just never seen a change that fast before (except when people are getting visibly worse like Big Jon did after he got the jab).

@@CopiousDoinksLLC Tbh losing that much fat isn't really that hard as long he is dedicated and rarely skipped a gym, not to mention Josh isn't really that fat to begin with. I know it from experience, i was like Josh back then, a skinny-fat..but changing daily routine, go to gym every day, and changed my diet over like 2-3 weeks really brought a difference, and i lost many kg just by doing that in short amount of time.. Also it probably had to do with his outfit and lightning as well, normally we only see Josh wearing long sleeve shirts with a bit darker lightning, but now normal t-shirt and better lightning make him look younger than before.

Hey Josh, just for the sake of curiosity, on average, a Olympic Triathlon takes about: 30 min of swimming 1h17 of cycling 57min of running This corresponds, roughly, to a 18/47/35% split, time-wise. I checked another video of a regular run of this triathlon and it took: 2:11 of swimming 10:48 of cycling 2:33 of running A 14/70/16% split. So yeah, this triathlon is skewed towards cycling for sure and, most importantly for you, away from actually running. Why did I bother to calculate that for a 7 month old video? Idk, but there it is. Btw, after over 15 minutes of running he actually lost the race. F
