I totally agree w the message on the back of the shirt, bc I can tell you that during a crises, everything kind of goes blank. I had a super mental crises earlier this week & I'm thinking, who do I call? I don't have a therapist or a physchiatrist anymore. Luckily I have a friend & family member I could reach out to bc in that moment I couldn't think of a single hotline or service

Wow, just had to pause your video. That book sounds like it is going to hit right in the heart with me. Darkness rides with me everyday. She just sits just far enough back to remind me she is there. I've struggled with mental health my entire life. I have a tattoo to cover my attempt to move on. It's actually a dolphin/shark Ying yamg with the shark facing me so that I remember the darkness is there and the dolphin faces out because people see me as fun and loving. May need to pick up that book! So proud of the owner of this company to be able to turn her darkness into love. Ok. Back to your video lol Ok, LOVE LOVE LOVE the March box! I would take gummies I would take anything but last time I took a gummy I literally hit my head on my car door and didn't I wasn't driving. But I literally just came home and went to bed. Why I live in Florida and they talk about cannabis all the time on KZbin they talk about which weed it is and what kind it is because I live right next to the Bellamy brothers and they grow marijuana and sell it for $34.99 a month it comes in like a makeup jar size it probably went up though this year because of everything else these. These guys were telling everything about it smoking it on KZbin everything showing you the buds I couldn't believe it I was shocked
