Many commented they have to grow their nails first. But the real first step is: *OWN A KALIMBA* Edit: My Kalimba just arrived today. It's so fun and soothing at the same time. The sound is so sweet. And for a first timer, I'm proud of myself. I can't believe I made my own tab for song Auld Lang Syne and Doe a Deer in the same day I first play Kalimba. I'm looking forward myself haha

I have a question, My kalimba is very similar to yours but it doesn't have the two sound holes on the back, there's only one. Is it recommended to have those two smaller holes? It might be easy to just drill them, but I don't want to meddle with it if it's not a big difference.

@@Ruth-cz6lc hey, if she wants to play an instrument, she can. Maybe not to the point where she makes a carrier out of it, and that's fine. Here's why: music is for fun.
