Hope y’all liked this video!! I am having so much fun documenting the April shred and have several more videos before the month ends!!💖🤗 Also- I did delete a comment with fake science about how egg whites have no benefits- I’d be glad to pull my dietitian here to the comments if you have questions, I just don’t want anyone finding false info in my comment section and thinking it’s true! The social media scientists really be trying me 🤪

People don't realize how much it takes to get these videos up... That's why I've never completed one - LOL! At any rate, very much appreciated... I have 20 pounds to lose and this video has motivated me to do some meal prepping today! Thank you!

I struggle sometimes too! Having to weigh everything can get so annoying but it’s only for meal Prep day so worth it 💃🏻💃🏻

Oh I feel this in the car talk!! When there is so many people at the gym I hate it...especially when there is so many at a time when I'm just not expecting peeps to be there and not wanting to be there anyways😭😖

It helps me reach my protein goal! Sometimes I eat breakfast and sometimes I dont, either way im always having my protein coffee! It tastes great and I love having it to sip throughout the morning at my desk

We have tried the True Lemon lemonade, but recently we found Crystal Light Pure and like it more. Tastes somewhat close to the original Crystal Light.

Yay thank you Catherine!! I use a scoop of protein powder mixed with 310 grams of unsweetened almond milk then pour over ice and add a double espresso from my Nespresso machine! Right now I'm loving the gainful protein (its unflavored) with their cinnamon toast flavor boost, I have been working with them and love their ingredients! I keep trying to buy those Tyson Buffalo chicken strips, but my store is always out. I really want to try them. I just bought the plain ones and then some Buffalo sauce, so I guess I will diy them

Honestly I prefer them better homemade than the Tyson buffalo tenders. I make a big batch and freeze them! But I love their blackened.
