It helps me reach my protein goal! Sometimes I eat breakfast and sometimes I dont, either way im always having my protein coffee! It tastes great and I love having it to sip throughout the morning at my desk

We have tried the True Lemon lemonade, but recently we found Crystal Light Pure and like it more. Tastes somewhat close to the original Crystal Light.

Yay thank you Catherine!! I use a scoop of protein powder mixed with 310 grams of unsweetened almond milk then pour over ice and add a double espresso from my Nespresso machine! Right now I'm loving the gainful protein (its unflavored) with their cinnamon toast flavor boost, I have been working with them and love their ingredients!
