April Weekly Meal Prep 2022

Come along as I meal prep for a week for my family. In this video, I share lots of useful meal prep tips and recipes that work well for prepping in advance.
Meal prepping saves so much time and money, helps me get organized and eliminates decision fatigue because I don't have to wonder what to cook all week long. We also throw out so much less food when it's prepped and ready to go.

I don’t generally watch food-prep videos, but I really enjoyed this one. I only ever “boil” eggs in my Instant Pot. If you will whack the top of the egg and then the bottom, roll it on the counter a few times, the egg will just about fall out of the shell. Just my experience and works almost 100% of the time. I look forward to your other videos!

I am watching you while I am cooking, of course your recipes, because they are the best. I am cooking your Russian meatball soup, your beef plov (I use lamb because we love it) and your peach pie ( I use frozen blueberries). Oh, and your multigrain bread. The same multi tasking…😊
