So many Canadian bands that deserved to get some recognition outside Canada, like Streetheart (Action), Red Rider (Lunatic Fringe), Big Sugar (Diggin a Hole), Chilliwack (deep rabbit hole), etc . All of the above are better than many of the bands south of the border that got record deals, tours and exposure in the US. All of these bands are tight, talented and put on great shows.

Formed back in the supergroup days, 20 years of albums, 1 a year, still touring I believe! All April Wine sings are great!!! All great musicians, great singers, very much varied songs, imagine being the drummer on this song, having to fill in all that guitar sound!😮Put that on continuous, put in the earbuds, and thoroughly trash out ur run or workouts! I'll play this song for younger guys , into rock and guitar, but typically don't know anything about the guitar gods, pre grunge days. And after this song, their faces look like they got struck by lightning! And then usually say something like," I don't even get or know nor understand what I just heard!!!"

Back in the day, before Lynyrd Skynyrd's plane crash, there were years in which I believe they had four guitarists and definitely 'would' trade off 'leads', back and forth and back and forth in same song, on stage. One song might be The 'live' show of 'They call me the Breeze' ? I believe --- but skynyrd was well-practiced and would do it effortlessly amongst themselves because they were comfortable with one another's playing and presence side by side.
