Hi Pochi: you lost a washer of the head :-) Why you didn't polish the inner of the exhaust channel on the cylinder? Why you didn't use the Electronic Rave Valve? Had you worked the Pneumatic Rave 2 Valve? There's a tip to let it open more, you must work it at its end with the mill.

Because the inner rotor does not generate electricity, do not use RAVE. Cylinder processing is under consideration.

It was bought in Japan. Roughly 350 USD. It has as much power as ITALKIT 140cc kit, and the high cost performance.

+Pochi which is your rotax? 122 or 123 please? if your is 122, why do you use Pneumatic Power Valve? thank you

It is Rotax 122 Engine. My RS125 use Inner Rotor. It has no provision to charge the battery. Therefore, it will not be able to actuate the Power Valve Solenoid.

Is it not good with Mitaka's cylinder? Wiseco piston is 58mm. It is 144 cc and Nikasil coating.
