Great looking and sounding bike. I'm on the dilemma of buying a shiver or a f800r. My main concern is reliability. I read some articles how aprilia is not reliable, did you face any issues?

f800r is damn vibration chair and sounds shit. Reliability is the same. Series 800 is totally not as bulletproof as R1200xx

With Aprilia it can depend on the model, parts availability is more of an issue than reliability. The Shiver is generally good, my RSVR has been flawless in 14 years of ownership

Hey tip ik heb een shiver 750 met full akra systeem zonder db killers echt een geweldig geluid. Heel iep geluid maar niet hinderlijk

Would've done better if you launched it at lower revs as that's where its torque is maximum.

Is zeker een vlot ding!! Deze Aprilia Shiver 750 had inderdaad wat moeite met de start, vooral door het voorwiel dat van de grond af kwam. Heb jij een idee hoe de launch beter gedaan kan worden? Zonder wheelie dit keer😜
