7:22 Think the rear torque value you flash up on the screen is wrong - front and rear should be both 50Nm (according to the Aprilia torque sheet I have).

Se hai abbassato la tua bici di 32 mm nella parte posteriore, allora la parte posteriore era 32 mm più alta rispetto a dove si trova ora. Ogni configurazione sarà leggermente diversa a seconda del battistrada degli pneumatici, del cedimento delle sospensioni, del peso del ciclista, ecc.

We recommend adjusting the front approximately 50% of the rear. 8:24 on is all about how to adjust the front.

@@AltRiderLLC Ok, but why do you indicate the third notch as OEM? the bike is delivered standard with the fork on the first notch (+ 20 mm indication). I don't understand this...

It’s possible your dealer did something different during the PDI (Post Delivery Inspection). Either way the point is there is no one way to setup your suspension. We suggest doing 50% rate reduction to the front and then see how it feels and adjust if necessary. If you hit the limits of adjustment on the fork then a local suspension shop can help you make other adjustments. We try to give you the knowledge of how the modifications affect the feel and performance of the suspension. Many riders probably wouldn’t be able to tell a difference of a few millimeters on the forks. Some riders would feel it immediately. If you’re not sure how it feels for you, you can use our suggestions as a baseline and then you can experiment with small adjustments if desired.

The stock height is great for a lot of people, and probably most people won't be interested in making seat height modifications. But for some people who might be shorter or are still building their confidence, getting over an inch closer to the ground can make a noticeable difference in confidence. And of course, there’s the option to raise your seat height, that gives you more ground clearance.
