Aprilia Tuono V4 Experience |*ROCKET SHIP* 🚀 |

Just a little evening run out on the 2022 Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory. After spending a few weeks on the Adventure Bike, it's great to be back on the Aprilia. It feels faster than ever😀.
Hopefully this gives a bit of an insight as to what it's like to jump on board and ride this legendary 175hp V4!
This is not a review (I might do one someday) so no talk about fuel economy, mirrors and all that jazz, this is just a bit of fun.

I don’t think there’s any other bike with a standard can that sounds anywhere near as good. I had the Akra on mine but wanted a bit more volume, I’ve put a arrow shorty on and it’s pretty obnoxious now 😭

I agree, I love the sound of the stock can personally. I like the fact that it's stealth quiet when below 5k but when the exhaust valve opens it sounds real meaty, even pops on the upshifts like it has an aftermarket can (never known a stock bike do that). It must sound like Moto gp with a shorty can on it😀

Its clearly happy on those B roads. Not sure all big nakeds would be the same?

Yeah it goes well on the smaller roads, the long(ish) wheelbase and quality suspension helps. I rode the new mt10 on similar roads and it was not as composed, it wasn't terrible but it was a bit of handful to ride hard. I find that the bumby b roads can expose some of the big nakeds, they can tie themselves in knots when you push on.

It's a lot better on the B Roads than you told me it was. I miss riding there!

It rides better now with fresh rubber! You'll have to come back over next summer😉

What settings do you have it on to power wheelie?

I can't remember the exact settings but the AWC is off and the Traction control down low, probably level 2 or 3, I run the throttle map in the medium setting👍
