This is where the devil would want you to stay. Dwelling on negative thoughts and that nothing good is in your future. Reject this, even if it means every second or minute, keep emptying out the negative thoughts, and replace it with God's Word, Promises, Truth. The strategy: Reject the negative and Replace with the positive (God's Truth). Draw close to God daily by praying and reading His Word so you can be encouraged, strengthened, guided and inspired by Him daily. And dwell, saturate your mind with more and more on His Word. His Word is healing to mind, body and soul. May you experience His Presence with you in life. Above all, may you increase in the knowledge and revelation of God Himself. Keep your eyes on Jesus. He loves you and cares for you. There is fullness of joy in the presence of JESUS, both now and for ALL ETERNITY! Our earthly TEMPORAL problems cannot compare with the ETERNAL GLORY that far outweighs them all! Don't give up! God be with you 🙂🙏 PS. You may also want to listen to Pastor Joel Osteen's youtube videos 'Choose to be Happy', 'Dealing with negative thoughts', 'Empty out the negative', 'Tell yourself A New Story', 'Trusting when you don't understand', 'Your move when life's unfair' and 'Deaf to the Negative'. 'Choose to be Happy' talks about the attitude of David and Paul when they face trials and suffering. Personally, I find it very empowering and life-changing. Hope it helps you too 👊
