Fenugreek does work for strengthen the hair and has large amounts of iron which is great for women but I would highly recommend a topical solution as it could severely lower tsh, Free t3 and t4 levels for ppl with hypothyroidism this could push them farther into it. 5 out of 100 women have hypothyroidism.

Fenugreek is definitely tried and true I now drink and spray directly. I’ve been spraying it for a year but drinking maybe a month and I have scarring alopecia according to my derm but u cannot tell since there’s no bald patches. But it’s stressful when Your hair ain’t acting right

I drink clove tea every day and also add it to my fenugreek spray daily and I see the difference. I have a bald spot in my crown area that gets wider until I start using my fenoqiek. I have so many set back and cutting off my hair for years until 5 months ago. I am so thankful. The COVID vaccine mess up my skin and also have warts all over cloves tea help me. You are so beautiful ❤️ I watch your video because I want to perm my hair once my crown fill in.

I don't care for the clove water but I love homemade clove oil. I use it on my scalp, the ends and sometimes the full length of my hair, and my hair is really thriving. I also massage my scalp and do the inversion method. My hair is low porosity, and my moisture cycle is every two days.

All the shampoo products that are advertised on tv are synthetic. Use lemon water to clean. Use a natural shampoo not a medicated shampoo. It looks like you use chemicals too. Maybe hot iron. These are harsh.

Fenugreek makes my hair smell like Maple syrup. And no matter what I do, that smell does not come out!

this worked for me. i boiled drained then iun the refrig for 24 hrm then kept in dark place. i used morning and at bed time. my hair grew back. this was right after covid so the blogger is right about everything
