It's a great idea! If it's cold or rainy weather, indoor golf is nice. Plus with the Trackman Software, it has over 250 golf Courses world wide. You can play the Course of your dreams. Your bottom plates are supposed to be pressure treated if they're against concrete. I would've staggered the OSB too, it'll give y our wall a bit more rigidity. At least until the bottom plates rot out, anyway.

I didn’t see you put any type of moisture barrier under the wall plates. Wood will pull moisture out of the concrete. I’ve seen it happen many times during my time as a carpenter. 😊

What were the screws you used for the base plates?

They were blue, so most likely the brand called "Tapcon". They come in various lengths and thicknesses with either a screw head or a nut-drive head. Available in most hardware stores.

Most of the stuff I have gotten from Temu has been junk! All the other builder that have reviewed items from Temu have said it is mostly junk! I am happy you had good luck with it.

Yeah it does but that's a setting on a regular drill vs an actual hammer drill. A dedicated hammer drill makes this task go really quick.

There is a lot of negative press around Temu these days, including allegations that simply installing the app on your phone gives them tracking abilities. I'm not sure how much of it is true, but seeing as many of the items on there are knock offs... I would avoid using them, and especially would not install the app
