I've tried to fill cracks in a cookie with black epoxy, but ended up staining the surface around the cracks down half an inch into the wood. How did you prevent this?

Was the etsy store established before you posted these items, and/or did you use other established accounts of yours to link to to or promote the items? These are important things to mention because with a 1M+ subscriber following, that's reasonable. Starting from zero, you'll be lucky to get anyone to see your postings, let alone buy $10k

This whole thing is because you wanted to have heating pads inside your outside doghouse???? If it's that cold that the dog would need heating pads, why don't you keep your dog indoors during that weather???

I have long been fascinated by those who say that they have a “laser business”. Unless you’re in the business of manufacturing or selling laser engravers, do you really have a laser business? Isn’t the laser what you use to make the product or service that your customers buy? Is a carpenter in the hammer business, or a mechanic in the wrench business? My company has multiple laser engravers that are used daily for decorating plaques and other awards. I promise you that we’re NOT in the “laser business”!

@@AprilWilkerson, it probably is pedantic, but words have meaning. Since I use a car to get to work, does that mean that I’m in the car business? For another example, what does your laser “printer” print? Printing, by definition, is an additive process. Engraving, on the other hand, is subtractive. I apologize for sounding argumentative and pedantic here; that’s not my purpose at all. Calling what we do a “laser business” is misleading, at best, and at it’s worst, it’s deceptive. To test my point, I pose a question: If I were to do engraving as only a hobby (not an occupation), could I call it a “laser hobby”?

What software are you using to design your cabinets and export your gcode to the CNC? We use a program that creates pilot holes for everything and even blind dados for easy assembly.

Just built mine. It was tough for my first project. Learned a lot, got frustrated a lot, but in the end, it's built and I love it. Just added my square holders (nice touch) and now I'm interested if the table could hold a vice anywhere. Suggestions?
