Fresh milk 130ml+-
Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Bread flour 280g｜2cup
Powdered milk 10g｜1.5Tbsp
Sugar 50g｜7Tbsp
Sea Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Unsalted butter 40g｜3Tbsp
Whole egg 1Tbsp
Fresh milk 1Tbsp
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 15-17 minutes

This morning I made this. But I used this recipe to make the bread for the pork floss bread, and it turn out so delicious. But I had to add a bit more bread flour cuz my dough was kind of wet (seems like my flour didn’t absorb much water, so next time I need to reduce the amount of milk or egg). But anw thank you so much 😊
