So I decided to buy another primary, just based on looks alone! Crazy right? YES! Since making this video, approximately after one week of use, it started to fall apart and the motor failed. Just bad luck? Or typical APS quality?

One of the things they usually say, is to never aim with the gun sideways, as the hopup may cause the BB to travel in a curve and you cant really count with that

Any Aps guns I've used and bought such as the boar and even the the Dragons are never meant to used on full auto. I learned that the hard way as full auto makes the bolt stuck and not fully push forward even after semi. The sound is amazing but having the bolt not fully retracting back and forth kills the absolute performance for these type of guns. Thats what I've experienced using The Boar Tac and even The Red and Black version of the Dragon. Love the way its designs but rly wish full auto worked most of the time.

How can a mock bolt kill the performance. It's just that, a MOCK bolt. It has no bearing on the use of the gun what so ever. 1st thing I will do when mine arrives is disable the blowback, its just a gimmick

I personally noticed a small a few differences between the version you unboxed, and my own personal golden dragon from back to front; (can't come up with the proper term at the moment it's on the tip of my tongue) metal plate between the receiver and buffer tube directly above the pistol grip QD mount on my version it has sling mounts on not one side but both sides, next is the is the charging handle catch is larger might just be my old memory(it Broke nearly 2 years ago and) next is the gearbox the shell is gold while mine is silver, my guess a lot of changes and upgrades happened so I probably own a 1gen

The only thing I'd change is the buffer tube and the stock I prefer the sweet adjustable stock so I can get bigger batteries and be more comfy on the shoulders

Not cosmetic. Functional. They are anti-rotation pins. They keep your trigger group pins from rotating out.

i got one from 2019 with SILVE EDGE GB and its have MOSFET as the S.D.U. trigger unit. The second thing is the iron sights are useless (except decoration) - as hop-up work, the BBs turn in to the upper left after 10-15m, and yep -> stock rubber is s*$t. also, both upper and lower receivers wobble a little, so i need to use the front "magic pin" to tight it all together. It's a good base 4tuning but a crappy stock gun.

Did your model have issues with Chewed up threads from the flash hider? Being it’s an Uk version are they not glued on along with hex bolted in or just hexed in? Mine came from Evike with blobbs of super glue,While also being pinned in ,so when removing the pin and then screwing the flash off for a tracer the threads were all ate up. My custom Built Aps SPYDER also From Evike had the exact same issue also. Aswell does your mock bolt have that outward dented nipple on it? Thanks!

Also these are all supposed to me made of a good metal or aluminum but I found they’re all a very cheap pot metal and if you try to remove any pins from the frame or trigger guard in particular the frame will break or crack extremely easy,too easy! Pot metal is the absolutely softest,cheapest most terrible metal we make or use on the planet. I say this as a warning being I own two of these and they both have cracking and broken frame issues. Don’t try to change the trigger guard plate either it will break the frame around the pins. I’m going to do a vid at some point showing this issue.

Hey, I have removed the stock, separated lower and upper receivers, removed the motor, but somehow I do not manage to get the gearbox out of the receiver, is there any additional pins i need to take care off? it's really frustrating at this point, because from your images, taking the motor out should be everything, and it seems to me there is still something holding the gearbox steady in place. any reaction will be much appreciated! thanks! EDITED: after some logical thinking; the trigger pin has to be removed, and the pin retaining the Latch catcher as well. then it goes without any trouble
