Hi You can track the status through courier service.APS will not send you any confirmation.They will directly send you APS certificate. That's why I went by myself at the APS to submit docs. Rest assured if the courier agency is good it will reach on time

You have to paste your passport size photograph in APS form before sending. Check the video the triangle marked there you have to paste

Have a query! Kindly reply --- Say for instance - A students name - has initial in his Surname as "S" ( not full form ) in all academic documents and Govt ID , I.e, "Student S" However - only in Passport his Surname is in full form, i.e, "Student Surname" do you think will this affect/reject APS verification or in any stages like university application or student VISA? Thanks a ton!

Hey, It should not affect the application, however to be on safer side, get a one and same person notarized affidavit

I have couple of questions regarding APS. 1. should I send all the marksheets (passed and failed) + backlog certificate *OR* just passed ones. 2. Should I send affidavit because my name on academic marksheets differ from on official documents (passport and aadhaar) 3. Should I send unopened original transcript *OR* opened notarized one.

Go to bank app and open bank statement There you will see a debited amount Click on that you will see payment reference number Take a screenshot and print out OR Go to the bank and ask for a receipt they will guide you

I forgot to sign in application form, but I do signature in consent letter. Is there any problem?

The chances of getting rejection is very rare as you have signed a consent form and have sent notarized documents. Although, I would like to suggest you to send another copy via courier and attach a letter in that as well explaining why you have sent the copy again so that no hindrance comes in the process. Also, suppose your APS certification gets rejected due to unavailability of signature then there will be another copy with the department thus reducing waiting time.

I think they are very co-operative with students. So the chances of rejection is very rare I think. Many students are applying nowadays and no one has said that his/her documents rejected.

@@dharmikshah9388 100 percent correct wait time is 8-12 weeks currently. Hope you will get it on time that's why I mentioned rejection chances are rare and if you want you can send a copy for backup otherwise again 8-12 weeks will increase. The final call is yours.

@@dharmikshah9388 sent the application form without pasting photo and signature. But i made the signed student authorisation form. I got this information from student in some forum. Also I put passport photo in the cover

Hello sir... I applied for Aps certificate in that they asked for Bachelors CGPA in which I got 8.36 CGPA but while filling the form i wrote 8 CGPA by mistake Will there be any problem ? Please reply Thank you

No but to be in safer side mail 2-3 times after some gap of few days to APS mentioning your unique token number along with CGPA issue. They check all documents so they will find this mistake.

No You can mail APS informing the same and mention another email. Don't forget to mention your unique token number. APS didn't mail my professor but to be on safer side you mail them.

@@sgdeekshith4278 the payment might have failed, mail this as well. Wait for 3-4 days you will get a refund otherwise payment confirmation will appear.

@@amazingplanetprivate682 If you r in a situation similar to me, I got you mate. There’s two things you need to do. Firstly, download the aps application form and together with all the checklist docs, courier again all your docs to aps.

@@amazingplanetprivate682 After ONE month, sent a mail from your side and from your prof whom you mentioned in aps website. From your side, tell the mistake you made and how you rectified it by sending all the docs again. Also mention the clg login portal / digilocker credentials to help them.
