If you want your entire education to be considered then you must have provisional degree or final degree. Else if you just need to show 13th year education then you can go ahead after finishing 1 year of uni/college studies and then be eligible for bachelors in Germany.

Hello Sir, I have a question. Just now, I heard that APS might block you if you send them continuous emails, which I didn't even know before. So, I've filled out their contact form twice. The first time, I asked them about the exact timeline to receive the certificate, and the second time, I asked them to activate my account, which I later realized they might have already done, as I can edit the application form and perform other activities. I also sent them another email this morning to request a faster process, as I have some upcoming deadlines. With these two contact form submissions and one email, am I at risk of getting blocked by APS India?

If your 12th board doesn't provide certificate and only mark sheet then it should be fine. Some boards like CBSE provide both, mark sheet and passing certificate.

Moi is not recognised by aps. Admision letter must mention u have apt language skills for ur course for visa officer to may be consider it. For aps language certi are optional.

You need provisional or final degree certificate for your education to be recognised by APS. Else your bachelors won’t be counted if you apply right now without certificate. So if you plan to do masters in German then you will need final documents.

Along with it write a letter explaining that you missed sending the backside of documents, so you are sending the same documents again, just adding back side to someone of the education certificate, so it helps the APS team better. Also resend the letter of declaration, which mention that all documents sent by you are correct/legal. Hopefully things should be fine, and they will proceed with your application.

Aps can only validate your schooling certificate or degree certificate or language certificate like for German or English. Any other certification or side programs are not covered by APS. You can submit them as additional documents to APS or also to Visa prove, but they won’t be added to your APS certificate.

You can definitely do masters in Germany. You will have to justify why you want to study master now, and how only master and not work experience will benefit you more. Also, your master course should be in line with your past course or work experience.

For aps 12th is must as of now. You can look for vocational training courses (with more than 50% work and less than 50% studies, so they are technically job), which are considered like a job. And for job APS is not needed.

High school certificate can be important for Aps and for visa. Do you have any copy of the lost certificate? Firstly I will suggest if you can try to get new issued. Sometimes atleast digital formats are easily available. And then to write an email to aps stating your situation and see what they suggest.

If you don't get separate marksheet then better get a letter from Dean/principal or someone, mentioning General info that semester based marksheet are not issued by your Uni, so please consider your admission based on annual or final marksheets and certificate. If you can easily get then you should, if it too hard, like it will take more then couple of weeks then you may try without it. The thing is they may know that your Uni provide marksheet or not and may request you later to submit it. But it may be worth trying without transcript if it's hard to get one. But if it's easy to get one then it may help in your APS Process, as transcripts can make document verification faster.

Aps will most probably verify the information that you will provide to them with your university. So make sure you provide all documents that you have received. Final mark sheet / original transcript along with provisional degree certificate or final degree certificate should work. If you provide everything that you have received from your Uni.

Hi Sir, Master ke liye German consulate main kitana money show off karana padata hai, 4 semester study hai usame ka ek ka paid kiya hai each semester fee 5,23,200/- Rs (Euro 6540)

U need to show blocked account, plus proof of fee payment of first sem. Soon from Nov 2022, even proof of second sem fee will also be needed, either as fee receipt, or loan approval or additional sum to blocked account. Mumbai counslate have already applied this rule even before Nov 2022.

As per my understanding. Embassy ne kahi IELTS compulsory mention nahi kia hai. In checklist, they have mentioned, ki agar student k pass university se admission letter nahi hai jime mention kia ho student has sufficient language skills to complete the course, then only student have to show a language certificate of language in which the course is. To agar university apka language level accept krleti hai, be it basis on anything, like IELTS or TOEFL or PTE or DuoLingo or MOI or just interview, and mention in their official letter that you have sufficient language skills, then that letter itself should be enough as language proficiency proof. So technically embassy ko koi aur proof ki jarurat nahi honi cahiye. But agar you have not give any language test already, and have to give it for getting admission, then it's better to pick IELTS or TOEFL as these are the most popular English test, and Goethe for German. Agar Embassy ko koi issue nahi hua, then wo bus apka admission letter k basis pe hi language proficiency proof accept krlenge, but agar Visa officer ki wish hui to wo apse IELTS/TOEFL (if English course) ya Goethe certificate (if German course) present krne k liye bhi bol skte hai, they have every right to do that. For example there can be these possible scenarios - Case 1 - Uni accepted PTE, gave admission letter mentioning sufficient English proficiency for course, Embassy is happy with it and doesn't ask for IELTS and issues Visa. Case 2 - Uni accepted PTE, gave admission letter mentioning sufficient English proficiency for course, but Embassy is not happy with it for any reason (like candidate have low score in past, or his/her Uni is private or less reliable) then they will ask for IELTS or TOEFL separately. Case 3 - Uni accept your language proficiency based on PTE or MOI or DuoLingo or any way but does not mention it on Admission letter that you have sufficient language skills needed for the course. Then you must present one of the certificate mentioned by Embassy on their checklist like IELTS / TOEFL for English or Goether for German. I hope this clarifies things. Plus, this is just based on my best knowledge. Also, do write an email to embassy (specially Kolkata consulate replied more often), to know if you still need IELTS/TOEFL even if your uni has given you an admit letter with mention of language proficiency. Only embassy can give you right info based on your case/situation.

That's not officially written anywhere as per my info. So if you already have pte then it may be worth trying with it, if you don't have pte already then better to get IELTS instead...
