Frankly, it is quite difficult to recommend to choose either one of them with no knowledge of your preferences, program of interest, etc. Besides, UTM is a public university whereas APU is a private. APU has many advantages such as international environment (students from over 130 countries), dual degree programs, impressive list of up-to-date programs and facilities and many more. I am afraid, i am not a right person to introduce UTM, but if you would like to know more about APU, you may always reach me out via email [e-mail]
