I wanted to leave a comment to really thank you. I am a mature student who resat GCSES and the jump to a level felt insane! I also have dyslexia which makes learning so much harder. Your videos are amazing, you explain clearly and break the videos down into smaller section. I am a huge fan of you breaking content down using different colours and examples. Thank you, safe to say we all appreciate you and these videos!

Sir, these are for the old specification. There is another latest specification from which the exams will be. These vids are for the 2015 spec. The first exam from the latest spec was on Jan 2019
@jasonsmart4624 жыл бұрын
Yea the new spec is different.

The Edexcel specification hasn't changed since 2015. I can only assume you are studying the international Edexcel course, I don't have any exam board specific ones for the internationals I'm afraid.

Hi Chris have you recently changed the way you've ordered videos on your playlist? Before it was clear which video pertained to which exam board, Is there a way to know which videos are relevant (specifically for OCR A)?
@AlleryChemistry4 жыл бұрын
Hi. Yes I have moved all the exam board specific content (black backgrounds) on the front page. All the standard whiteboard tutorials are re categorised into new generic topics. They are all still there, just tidied up the channel a bit.
@yasinmubarak56714 жыл бұрын
@@AlleryChemistry Ah right, so it wouldn't do me harm if I just went through the playlists- not worrying about having to be exam board specific?
@bobbyodu4 жыл бұрын
@@AlleryChemistry I found it way more useful when the ocr a videos where grouped by topic, it's difficult to navigate now
@AlleryChemistry4 жыл бұрын
Yes, the White board ones are generic and were never exam board specific. The Black background videos are exam board specific so best watch them if you want an overview for your exam board. If you want to know about, say, titrations then just watch the whiteboard tutorials for specific info on that.
@AlleryChemistry4 жыл бұрын
Hi. They are still grouped by exam board I've just used the black background videos to do this as they are tailored to specific boards. The whiteboard tutorial videos were never exam board specific, they go through generic chemistry content. Hope this explains it for you.
