I sincerely believe that your new product the "EU WALL OUTLET", has lacked to be really complete, that it would have incorporated some USB-C output socket (a couple of it would have been perfect) and have color options to combine with the style of your house, that at least two colors black and white (although more colors are always welcome, but at least these two basics), and if instead of being Zigbee it would have been "Thread" it would have been a safe purchase.

The environment sensors have been good, the manual for the T2 module is completely dismal. Please give us a water flow / temp / pressure sensor!!!

The T2 relay module and EU socket would be great if it were Thread. The ceiling light would be great if it were Thread and had a smart motion sensor included. I don't want some ugly motion sensor in addition to the light especially in the floor. There are nice ceiling lights with motion sensor for 20 bucks availably, sadly nothing smart 🙄

I wish Aqara had a better US presence. Often the only way to get their products is to roll the dice with a China based vendor and hope everything eventually works out.

One software feature request: could you please allow for the T2 relay to show as roller shades controller in HomeKit? I know it can control the shades, but I would like to control the open percentage. Would instantly buy like 20 of these it had this feature.

They should probably concentrate on the M3 Hub and support wifi, ble, matter, thread, zigbe and zwave. It would be great if they could partner with a lighting company.

"Dual Relay Module T2" is a shame that it does not support the normal 16A in European plugs and it is only in 10A, and you have to be thinking and remembering, if what you are going to connect is going to burn it or not !!!

They have released N100 zigbee, but dropped support after 1 year after release and didnt delivered the remote unlock feature which was stated on the website that will be released in the future. Also, they didnt updated with Homekey support as it already has Homekit support implemented, so I was disappointed to experience this. Now I have contacted support and they dont even recognize that was released in EU, removed from their EU site also. I have bought from official Aqara retailer. Not sure based on what they are choosing to support their products as N100 has the same HW specs as A100 doorlock which has support for Homekey. I have continued to buy their products (last one is G4 doorbell which has a link device feature and my N100 is not supported ;), but Im concerned about medium and long term support. Beside that, Im using N100 doorlock since end of 2021 and Im very pleased with it, but not happy on forcing the EOL from Aqara side on a very good doorlock which has all the required specs to have even Homekey feature that would have made it the ultimate doorlock. Its a software feature that they should have delivered, its a product that will be used many years, its not a mobile phone and my door was drilled to fit it, but I like everything about it and now U200 will have many limits compared to N100, but hey, it has Homekey (sarcastic). So, beware of their promises, dont buy until they have released all have marketed features.

The truth is that you could sell your A100 and D100 locks, which are sold globally and are spectacular, also in Europe or at least accept it on European servers and update the firmware so that it supports the same languages as the U100 (for example Spanish) !!

I purchased your system and had nothing but problems with YOUR SENSORS DROPPING OFF LINE. I now regret my decision to purchase your products. A System where some of the components don’t always work, it kinda makes the other parts to YOUR AQARA useless. Don’t waste your money.
