Salt 1,1/2 tsp or to taste
cumin crushed 1 tsp
coriander crushed 1/2 tbsp
turmeric 2 pinches
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
green chilli crushed 1/2 tbsp
coriander 1/2 cup
onion chopped 1/2 cup
eggs 3 small
milk 2-3 tbsp
all purpose flour as needed
breadcrumbs as needed
mozzarella cheese
oil for frying
