If Daisy is having joint problems or arthritis there are treats that contain Glucosamine and Chondroitin. I gave them to my dog and with in a week she was acting 4 years younger.

Good review - seems like a decent product and a good way to water them when out and about. I stopped using plastic products for my pets and now only use stainless for their water and food dishes. Plastic leaches poison out into the food/water and could make them sick or cause problems for them. I like to avoid trips to the vets office so this would be a no for me.

do you use the same aqua dog for all the dogs? maybe the scent of the other dog is in te bowl and why they won't drink out of it ? my dogs don't like drinking or eating out of each others bowls , could be a territorial thing but what a great item to buy , I definitely need a couple of those

That's actually a very good point. My dogs don't mind sharing bowls, however, so in this case that probably isn't it. My guess is that it could be the smell of new plastic. So far my cat uses it more than my dogs!

I have one of these, I love that the opening is big enough to put ice. I bring it to the dog park and sit it down and all the dog love it. They love the height. I have a chihuahua she doesn't drink much at the park. So many people have asked where to get this, but they stopped making them 😥

Being a dog owner for 50+ years I've used all kinds of water bowls depending on circumstances. I see this to be good while traveling but not sure if it's that great for the shorter dogs. For shorter dogs it would have to be shorter and bigger around. But then that might not be as practical if you're carrying o a hike or walk. Also how much would ultimately be splashed out while the dog is drinking and when the water is nearly gone from the bottle will it fall over easily so the dog won't have water? Still it looks to be a good idea, not super great but good.

I recently bought this from bed bath and beyond. I like it. The cheap velcro broke immediately but it doesn't drip for me and its easier to give my dogs water after a long walk

Seems like the two older dogs who were used to a routine of walk then getting water at home were the ones who were like, 'NAH' and the younger dog was the one who was like, 'NEW THING YAAAAAAAAAAS'. Just a thought.

I bought a smaller version of the dog water bottle( I have a 15 lb dog), manufactured by Lesotec. In the middle of the little bowl is a knob that you twist to open and close it so it doesn't leak. It works really well. Got it from Amazon. Bailey, and the kitty love it! Chihuahua sia Mehta. Daisy said that's a no. 💜

If you want a version of this where you have the option of letting the water back in the bottle I'd recommend the lesotc Pet Water Bottle 2nd Gen. The 2nd Gen is the one with the red switch on the side. It costs more at $19.97 on amazon, but if you don't want to waste water it's really nice. I got that for my dog and it's really nice to have in the car and on walks. I don't think she would mind if you put the water back in the bottle, It's all going to the same place anyways. 😄

Some animals will not eat or drink out of different bowls or dishes because it is not theirs. My dog does that. Apparently Bailey doesn’t mind. But it does work. Not bad. Good video

I feel like if you used this as a replacement for their primary water bowl for a few days they'd be more prone to using it when you take them on walks. Product seems great, just a matter of a little training.

Cats when eating or drinking do not like to have their whiskers touching their bowls. Perhaps your cat liked the aqua dog because it's whiskers didn't touch the sides of the bowl. By the way always get a wire bowl wide enough the cat won't brush its whiskers against the sides.
