I will say that I'm not getting the age restriction page when I click on it (though I'm not sure if steam caches that?), but it does have a "mature content description". I've copied it below. I mean, the marine bad end that you can reach about 10 minutes(?) into the game is started with an almost 18+ content. And I think there's also the scene where you sleep next to aqua. So yeah, age restricted is understandable

Depends if she's the type of person to actually input their real age on that screen since you can input pretty much any year before 2005. I just scroll and click a random year since mine always resets to the current year.
