Kevin Vu I personally don’t like either pairing. She shows affection for Ventus in the way a sister would show affection for a little brother. Or even better a mother would show affection for a little boy. She bosses Ven around and talks down to him a lot as if she’s babying him or something. Her and Terra have known each other for longer and are both around the same age, but that doesn’t necessarily make them a good ship. They also seem more like brother and sister to me, but in a more mature way.

I like these two as a couple. I really don't understand those who say Aqua and Ventus ... first I have always seen their interations as a big sister/little brother or even maternal. As for Terra/Aqua by Terra we don't see anything, we only see that he worries a lot about Ventus, but Aqua has shown something, in birth by sleep if you play as Aqua we see how she is worried all the time for Terra by the half of game in each world she is Terra this or Terra that, at no time shows interest in Ventus even deside to leave him alone to go behind Terra, then we see at the end that she cares about Ventus of course but even then she didn't show much concern for Terra because she said he was fine, she was sure of that, even if it was not true and then in the end she didn't hesitate for a second to sacrifice herself to save him even if Terra had just attacked her, and now we have these little moments in KH3 It's not because of age or height, it's because of how she behaves and acts on him, at least that's what I see.

Young Xehanort sounds a bit different from Chess Xehanort. Young Xehanort, not only sounds arrogant, but highly born, as if he was raised in high society his entire life rather growing up on an island for a good chunk of his life. In contrast, Chess Xehanort speech patterns resemble that of Sora and Riku a bit more.
