Aqua Marina Coral Touring 11'6" iSUP / SUPboarder Review

The Coral Touring is the new touring shape introduced to the Aqua Marina Coral range. At 6" thick, this board is really designed to carry lots of gear for your next SUP adventure and this is shown by the incredible amount of bungee space onboard.
Aimed at the intermediate rider, the 11'6 length makes this board nimble and compact which allows the rider to turn and manoeuvre easily. Although this sacrifices glide, the lighter or smaller rider will find this useful especially when carrying lots of gear. The paddle could be upgraded with the package, but you're getting a whole lot of board and accessories for an iSUP package in this price range.

Random question. Do you know if there are any obstacles, i.e rapids or wiers going down from Notter Bridge? I'm thinking of giving that a go for my next bit of exploration. P.s keep up the good work ✌️

I've done this paddle from Wacker Quay to Notter and back, it was about 12 years ago, but from memory the tidal estuary goes pretty far up to Notter..... there is moving water, but no real rapids.... the pub at notter had good beer :) Cheers, Will

@@SUPboardermag Thanks for the reply. I think I'll give it a try when I'm next out that way visiting my sister. I only started last year but have been down the Erme from Flete and ended up at the beach. I really enjoyed it, so am just looking for more local quite places to explore.

According the specs i can find, the coral touring is double chamber technology whilst you mention (at least for my understandings) it is a single chamber? Is it stiff enough?

Coral Touring is single chamber only. The Hyper (which is almost the same board from Aqua Marina) is double chamber. The single chamber makes it lighter. Aqua Marina's 2022 range have lots of improvements. It really depends on which board you like. The Hyper and Coral 11'6 are the same board, just different graphics. Hope this helps. Beau

@@SUPboardermag Hyper has this 2 pockets/chambers and coral dosn't so they are different (hyper dosn;t have paddle included)
