There is little things aqua just doesn't realize after playing this game for 1000s of hours still that most people catch onto in like 2 hours that makes my head spin. On top of the fact there is detailed maps of every single location in the game. Not to be a wiki warrior or anything.

The tank doesnt shoot you unless someone is in it and has paid for it, or you shoot at it. When it spawns in front of you like that, its safe to say nobody is in it

He cannot comprehend it. It's a great addition. He doesn't realize that it doesn't shoot you anymore, its not bugged. He doesn't know you can just send good items to stash, i do it multiple times a raid if its a long raid. He doesn't know you can just take a ride if you have a bad spawn. When i hear btr i always go, hell yea btr is here let me just send some items to stash and maybe take a ride elsewhere.

My issue with it is there's no indicator that it is hostile. It kills you so instantly that the safe and 'correct' play is to just completely avoid it. It would be good if the driver shouts something from a megaphone, or if the turret becomes active and starts moving around or something when hostile
