Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aqua Flo DX NEW UV Water Purifier - Buzzer is very loud and keeps on beeping every 10 minutes which continues till 2 minutes then the filter goes in standby mode and again after 10 minutes buzzer starts for 2 minutes and it goes on. That means after switching on the unit, you have to wait for 2 minutes for water flow to start then take water and switch off the unit as anyways before going to standby mode after 10 minutes, it will beep loudly for 2 minutes. Technician has checked twice and even changed the PCB and now says that it is a product feature. How it can be as if at night you take care water and go to sleep then you won't be able to sleep as the buzzer keeps beeping continuously after every 10 minutes.

Very bad post sale services, inspite of number of complaint. Eureka forbes is not bother to provide the service even in guaranty period. However they are sending multiple massage to take AMC..... Even i wrote mail to their CEO ....
