This is nitpicking, but I only do this because of the name Sustainable Harvesters which I find misleading. You're using 7000 peat moss plugs(not sustainable) wrapped in non recyclable plastic a week. Do you even manage to get the plastics off after the roots have grown through or is it just dumped with all the organic material to end up as micro plastics? You are also using a lot of power to run the pumps, fans and any eventual water heating or cooling and I don't see solar panels or wind turbines so it's all run on oil/coal/gas. Don't get me wrong aquaponics is a great way to grow food in the future and has great sustainable potential, but this is still a bit off.

It's not sustainable, but, it's a nice try. The minute you have to drive long distances for inputs and outputs, it's no longer sustainable. Lots of room for improvement in terms of real sustainability, but at least they are trying.

Interesting that plants look really healthy because I see some brown roots (Pythium ) which means most of the time root rot. I know that some growers claim that this could be nutrient stain...but in my experience, only snow white roots are healthy roots that lead to maximum potential of health, aroma, quality product and of course yield of any plant. Try to use some Trichoderma Hartzianum and Bacilus Subtilis to obtaine the pearl white roots, and I’m sure you will up the yield to the max. 👍✋️
