I kept one Azure by itself in a 10 gallon with cool rock work, cool inverts and some coral. Very simple and no territorial issues with 1 fish.

It's such a great damsel. I kept 3 in a 125 gallon and had no issues. They would chase each other, but the tank was large enough where the aggression between them was managed and they didn't bother the other fish. I introduced them last.

Damselfish is a unique type of fish. Yellow Tail Damsel is a great one. The fish looks stunning with blue and yellow color on its body. It's interesting that the species has an aggressive personality compared to others. Thank you so much for doing this video.

Damselfish are often misunderstood. While some species can be territorial, many are peaceful and play an important role in coral reef ecosystems. Their vibrant colors and active behavior make them a delight to observe!

I think this is an excellent guide for those of us who want to keep damselfish in our aquariums successfully. I love how it explains in detail the importance of choosing the right species and how to introduce them to avoid aggression problems. In addition, he offers practical advice on creating a balanced environment with hiding places, which I find essential for maintaining peace in the tank. Without a doubt, it is a very useful resource for aquarists looking to improve the coexistence between their fish.

Hi i am looking at adding some azure damsels or yellow tail damsels to my 4ft mixed reef i only have 2 clarkii clowns and was wondering which you would say is most suited and how many can be kept together thank you

I would go with Azures instead. Clarkii can get pretty aggressive and can handle them
