Awesome close ups George. It still is one of my favourite tanks of yours. I have my 1500 up and running. Alas the dreaded brown diatom filmentous algae has run rife for a few weeks ..My plants have suffered a lot, but I treat this as a steep learning curve. I have nearly conquered it with huge water changes ..Daily cleaning and taken 2 hours of thelight cycle. Every day I say ' fuck you algae I will have a vibrant green and red tank just like George and the loonies from green aqua" !!. It's a good mantra . Thosethose guys do make me laugh . Happy new year man and I hope you have a great 2019.

Hi George, Happy New year and thanks for 2018 video's and info. Looking forward to your video's in 2019. From your last video I know you changed to Oase 600t filter. As I have this filter myself as well, I can advice you to look at pondguru pimp my filter to update the pre filter. I have drilled the extra holes and have a much more consistant water Flow for a longer periode of time. Still use the original foam in the pre filter myself. Very happy with the filter for my 120-65-45cm tank. Coming from JBL as well. What kind of media do you use in your filter?
