How do you keep the soil from not falling into the sand in the long term? I know you can use pieces of corrugated plastic to hold the banked substrate up. But what about the cracks in the rocks? I did this in my scape but the soil fell thru the cracks and ended up covering alot of the bottom and then the banked substrate fell with it. Didnt ruin it but made a total mess that I cant repair. I'm about to do a total rescape.
