i ordered this filter from you guys but i guess i didn't do enough research. i'm sad i wasted my money because the water level cannot reach the filter because of the need for a basking area.

two different ways some turtle tanks have a half panel on the glass it goes on that then fill up to the correct water level. if no half panel you can fill up till it works.

For being in the turtle world for a long time you sure have a depressing setup for that poor turtle..bet it feels like it's in prison...make it look more like a nature home add more stuff it needs man.
