Great setup. I am picking up a few of these on Petco's half price sale going on now. Looking forward to seeing what I can create in these little nano tanks. Keep up the great videos.

Dude im the same way. Everything in my tank is collected from the woods/creek/river bank. Only thing i spent real money on was some aqua soil because i liked the way it looked.

Looks good! I'd have done the plants just a teeny bit different, but I'd have put the spiderwood in the center, too. 🌿👍🌱😎

I've BEEN wanting to do a dirted tank, but I talked to a bunch of local people who talked me out of it :(

Appreciate you showing your setup process, but where's the actual review of the tank?

What's happening Chris. No idea you're a Minnesotan. Moved here 3yrs ago and I finally met mutual acquaintance in the hobby. Trey Anthony Adams, we kicked it today. Hope to meet more tank talkers. By the way. I only do dirted tanks capped with black blasting sand. The benefits of doing that is nearly astronomical in comparison to big name soils; like ADA or Fluval.

I love blasting sand too! I rinsed mine but still got an oil residue on everything. Have you ever had that problem?
@jungleman4800 Жыл бұрын
Me too. I washed mine like crazy and still ended up with that oily film. It went away fast. Maybe because of my filter and air bubbler.

I am looking forward to planted tanks after I move so I don't have to disturb the Plants. Do you really think goldfish will do well in water ph of 6.2? 6 fantail goldfish, 4 yrs. old living in ph 7.5. Will slow acclimate. One time the ph was 5.8 at the new house? Any thoughts? Thank you

Hey guy. Love the videos. Still scared to use soil. I knows it’s a year later. But what is the pro and cons with a 14 cube vs getting a 20 gallon long? The thank you in advance.
