Looks great but projects like this increase the car dependency of Dubai.. Terrible place if you think about it when your not able to drive a car. So that would be for anyone which is under the age of 18. No freedom whatsoever to go anywhere since you're stuck between two huge highways and zero public transport. Bliss on the other hand looks amazing in terms of walkability!
