JazakAllah Khair this was really beneficial! It’s true that we don’t realise how the dominant language we think in makes us compare other cultures and interpretations to the standards of that language. E.g. thinking in English when learning Arabic, we tend to try understand Arabic (by extension culture) in comparison or contrast to English (by extension western culture). SubhanAllah it makes sense why Allah swt used parables and similitudes relating to nature to explain things
