I like your gramophone, ha ha ;-) even if I'm not very found of aucoustic sound. I love the records from that time, but can never stop wish, that the teqnique should have been better, But if it sounds like that it's very very good. And the melody; orental inspirated music from this time is like always wunderschön.

Gosh what fidelity! That horn really projects! Was that an option? I like the updated electric versions of what were acoustical recordings from the early 20's! In the biography of WW II journalist Ernie Pyle, it tells of when he attended Indiana Univ. in '23. They had a dance outdoors, but the phonograph was placed at a window in the upstairs chemistry dept. with a large funnel placed in front of the speaker with an effect I'm sure much like yours!
