Currently playing a game as the Ardunaim. Anyways, the Ered Luin AI accepted the rings and is conquering the entire North. They currently hold everything west of Mount Gram. Meanwhile I've conquered harad, rhun, and Mordor and am fighting amroth, Gondor, and Lorien.

@@TheZestyCar you don't start at war with anyone. I simply cleared out harad and Sauron's other friends right away.

I have been thinking about it, and what if you changed the Ered Luin victory conditions to be similar to the AA and others in that you just need X number of provinces but nothing specific and no specific factions have to be killed off. That way if you do take the rings your not entirely forced to war against your regular enemies. Just a thought and I don't know if anyone else has suggested this, but just thought I should put this here.

It's probably too late by now... But maybe this would be an opportune moment to disengage from the alliance with Angmar before they grow too powerful? If you make peace with the good nations, then attack Angmar's heartlands directly, they probably won't be ready for that.

i think the first game of the RTS genre was dune 2 (1992) the first dune was and RPG command and conquer (1995) also they created and FPS command and conquer Renegade (2002)

Well there are Times where they can hold out for 60-70 turns but I have a campaign where Cair Andros fell in 40 turns and when they loose one of the river crossing, it is over.

The C&C remake was nice but they should’ve spent more time improving the gameplay. OpenRA is free and has all of the quality of life improvements I was hoping to see for the £18 I paid

To add to the bit about Kane....hes apperently an alien? That's been manipulating humanity for somewhere between 6000 to 8000 years or so... to "achieve ascension" whatever that means. And according to the Scrin in C&C 3 Tiberium Wars, he's utterly alien to them too, with some of Kanes voice lines making it sound like he might actually predate their civilization as well.

thought for buzra dum, or for ered luin, if you manage to get the dwarfs on your side, but ONLY them not warring against you, like with khazad-dum, maybe you get a boost in population for buzra-dum only from erabor, iron hills and khazad-dum? or from the northern blue mountains?
