Oh my Goodness...cried my eyes out! This song was playing on the radio almost 8 years ago as I was preparing myself for my husband's funeral that day. There were a number of strange and wonderful "events" over those few days when he was trying to tell me that he truly is...My Immortal. What an amazing tribute to my favorite fantasy couple of all time. Thank you so much for creating this! Blessed be Louise!

Wow! SEVEN YEARS since I discovered this video and played it over and over as a tribute to a woman who I fell in love with on a level no one could ever match. Wasn't to be though; she sought "better" and I was left behind. It took years to heal but I did. Still, I will remember her but not with contempt or hate; just the good times and the fact I did love her more than life itself. I hope she is doing well. This video paired with this song held a great deal of meaning to me in one of the darkest periods of my life; it expressed what I could not to someone I was forbidden to love. Time passed, love came and love was lost. Another, much darker period of my life began and lasted for what seemed to be an eternity. Memories, both good and bad; treasured even, will remain for the rest of my days and there will always be times when I will watch this video and remember what I longed for then; to lift her head, look into her eyes, embrace her and never want to let go. A year has passed since this post. Another year of healing; of moving on; of living again. I swore I would never listen to this song and watch this video in general ever again but here I am. It's easier now. The wound has healed. A scar remains but the pain is gone. I'll never forget you for reasons both good and bad. In one version it is just piano and voice, and the other is piano and voice in the beginning, and then there are the instruments. It's not difficult to find. Hope you can find it.
