It's a nice idea and I understand that it cuts down weight and keep a safety high compared to a sun visor. However you are likely to be using it in a hot sunny day, in which case you will want to raise your visor to stay cool but then you won't be able to use the pro shield as it also has to be up.

I see water and bug guts getting stuck in between .when you ride in sunny rain I cant see it working to well .the shade has got to be inside .light reactive visor or pin lock would be better then this .im glad your now working on it but this isn't the answer

haha, OK, just CAN imagine what the opened sunshield will do on my naked bike on speeds above 130kmh...why not make sliding shield behind the main visor but before hemet? in these days and todays technologies it wouldnt be such a problem

nice try Arai but u guys are a little late to the party. get on board with pin lock and get a transitions photocromatic lens like Shoei has. this is a feeble attempt and to be quite honest a quite ridiculous one to boot.
