Is the only difference between Assyrians and Chaldeans the sects they adhere to? Because generally speaking, Assyrians adhre to their own Assyrian Church of the East whereas Chaldeans adhre to the Eastern Rite Catholicism. However, there are also some Assyrians who adhere to the Chaldean Church.

Using the Lord’s Prayer or any religious text to compare various modern Aramaic dialects is not a good idea, because they heavily rely on Classical Syriac (Edessan Aramaic) loanwords and phrases. Both Assyrian and Chaldean even used an altered Arabic loanword (Jareeb) for temptation in their Lord’s prayer. Similarly, if you were to use Moroccan or Lebanese Arabic to analyze religious texts, you would encounter the same issue, because they would rely on Classical Arabic.

This video is nonsense. The linguistic difference is geographical, Hakkari & Nineveh dialects. Both dialects are Assyrian, that is Sureth, Neo-Aramaic.
