Very useful tips, thank you so much! In my city we always practice such exercises, like 4 strokes only legs, 1 full length. Or 4 strokes only legs and 1 legs + upper body. Rowing classic is the same in different countries

Thank you so much for these explanations!! As a high school rower, our coach has gone over a lot of these drills with us but never fully explained why we did them to us or what we were supposed to be understanding.

My two penny worth: the analysis is correct. The origin of the issue on upper body movement stems from is your (different) seating on the “bum”. To my liking you are seated (all differently) too much on the back of your seating area which incites you to open up with your upper body too early. Use your “zitbeentje 😊”
