This install vid is one of of the thinnest you guys have going! And it’s too bad, because I spent a whole afternoon running around finding a workaround after drilling my two fender well holes too big for the bolt insert to bite on. I had to go back and watch very carefully again, and nope, nowhere was it mentioned that not only did my hole need to be only barely big enough to admit the smooth side part of the insert (so the fluted part would bite), or to have on hand a Dremel or bastard file for the inevitable burring that would happen, the Rago-supplied bolt that is for the insert is metric! The hardware and auto-supply places I went did not even know what that part was called (the press-in insert) and I was damn near ready to send the whole damn kit back, but then I realized I could use an expandable rubber bushing. Had to get two stainless bolts (the metric expandable bushing are not offered in this area, the store guy said laughing), but okay. The rubber acts as a layer of sound/vibration insulation and allows the mount to come off and on again. Maybe, as your web links to KZbin are your de facto installation manual, you will want to be excruciatingly detailed with regard to diameters and part replacement accessibility and less attached to the music-over-video tutorial on how to use paper towels to hold bolts in the socket. I still love your products, though.

did you ever find out what size of drill bit to use for the riv nuts? why wouldnt they tell people this information?

Poor directions at best. Grab a bolt and a wrench. Put it in a hole. Tighten accordingly. Seriously RAGO! Congratulations on spending money on a company that has NO directions. Sad.

Everything bench assembles and drops in as an assembly. Its easy to remove if needed.
